On July 10th, a delegation of 6 youth Arrowmen travelled to Camp Shands to bring our national centennial experience to Scouts, Arrowmen, and our community. And what a great time it was! Read more about Summer Fellowship 2015Section Conference 2015Spring Fellowship 2015May 17, 2015 Ante up! Summer Fellowship was a gamblin' good time, with a festive Las Vegas themed weekend. A total of 354 people attend, of which 72 candidates were inducted, with another 40 sealing their membership. Congratulations! In preparation of summer camp at Camp Shands, Arrowmen made sure to set up tents correctly in many of the campsites, as well as clear much of the brush that lingered. As the day progressed, the Activities committee set up human foosball, ultimate, and a Chief-and-Adviser sink-a-thon! Elemukulek took home best all-around games...

Read more about Section Conference 2015Spring Fellowship 2015April 12, 2015 This past weekend, Echockotee Lodge travelled to Camp La-No-Che to attend the centennial SR-4 Section Conference. Echockotee Lodge placed in the top three in all of the games, including a first place finish in tug-of-war. Our King’s Cup historical display earned a third place finish in the advanced category, where Publications and Website both earned a respected second place. We won first place in the Quest for the Golden Arrow, and scored second place in the Inductions Competition. Many AIA dancers and singers earned recognitions. Our Lodge...

Read more about Spring Fellowship 2015April 1, 2015 Yee-haw! This year’s Spring Fellowship had a Dallas theme, full of cowboy hats, spurs, and a rowdy fun time. Over 120 scouts prepared to go through their Ordeal that weekend, and 50 Arrowmen completed their training to convert to Brotherhood. Saturday morning opened up with a huge service effort, and Echockotee Lodge completed an incredible amount of service. In the afternoon, the working gloves came off and the ten-gallon hats went on in the intense games of the day, including a Baden-Powell marathon and the cactus game (which was a very sharp idea...

At Spring Fellowship 2015, March 6-8, Echockotee had an excellent time with its theme of Dallas. Our games were focused upon the theme, with don't-touch-the-cactus and rifle-shooting being the most prominent. This time around, Sonic went to the gator-fightin' Apieka Chapter!
